A little preparation before, and a little care afterwards, is the difference between a set that lasts and one that doesn't.
Step one
Before your appointment
Come with clean lashes
Wash your lashes before you arrive so there is no residue for the clusters to sit on.
No mascara or eyeliner
Both leave a film that stops the clusters bonding properly. Please remove all eye makeup.
No oils or heavy skincare
Avoid oils, balms and rich creams around the eye area on the day of your appointment.
Step two
Caring for your lashes
Keep your lashes clean
Clean lashes last longer and stay comfortable. Build it into your routine.
Avoid excessive rubbing
Be gentle around the eyes — rubbing loosens clusters and shortens the life of your set.
Follow the cleansing instructions
Use the cleansing method recommended to you at your appointment.
Never pick or pull
Picking or pulling at your lashes damages your natural ones. If a cluster is bothering you, come in.
Come back for removal
Return for removal when necessary. Removal of our own work is free.
